Vegan Food truck !!!!

Hi there, 

Today I went to the celebration of the Philippine Independence Day, in the park of Basilica of Koekelberg... Before reaching the party, I saw something amazing... Something unexpected! 

Not far from the Basilica, there was another party, smaller and dedicated to the families with kids... And yes, it was there! The Vegan Truck! I've never seen that before... (Don't forget that I live in Brussels!). 

This vegan food truck is always on the roads of Vlaanderen... During the week, you can find it in Antwerp, Ghent, etc and sometimes in some festivals too. 

Yeah, but what do they offer? Good stuff such as : wraps, vega burgers, pizza, spaghetti met vegan kaas, curry, tiramisu, waffles, etc. Okay, it doesn't seem extraordinary but don't forget that all their food is vegan! If while making shopping at the Friday Market of Schaerbeek you can easily find a vegan spaghetti, not far from the "Roi du Poulet" truck, just give me a call! ;-) 

As you may see it, the real name of the vegan truck is "Loving Hut Express"... Yes, it is from the international vegan chain food ;-)

Cet après-midi, en me rendant à la fête de l'indépendance des Philippines dans le parc de la Basilique de Koekelberg, je suis tombée sur un truc assez dingue, du jamais vu (pour moi) à Bruxelles!

Quoi donc? Un vegan food truck! Et oui! Ce dernier se ballade surtout sur les routes flamandes la semaine et est parfois de sortie lors de festivals ou d'occasions spéciales! Soyons honnêtes, je n'avais jamais vu ça à Bruxelles! Quelle folie! 

Ils proposent de bonnes choses, dignes de ce que nous trouvons sur les marchés ou parkings de festivals, mais le tout VEGAN, et oui mon petit! Des exemples? Eh bien voici: wraps, pizza, vega burgers, spaghetti met vegan kaas, curry, tiramisu, gauffres... Evidemment, cela ne paraît pas renversant MAIS n'oubliez pas que toute leur carte est végétalienne! Si, lors de vos visites sur le marché de Schaerbeek, vous trouvez un cornet de pâtes vegan à côté de chez "Le Roi du Poulet", appelez moi, je suis preneuse! :-) 

Et comme vous le voyez, le nom réel de ce food truck est Loving Hut Express, un autre maillon de la chaîne végétalienne!
